Reports suggest that Sana Javed has opted out of her debut film Rangreza, starring Gohar Rasheed and Bilal Ashraf that is expected to release this month. After confirmation from the actress alongside co-stars Bilal and Gohar, it is safe to say that she backed out due to a family emergency and this was a mutual understanding between the actress and the producers.
The story of Rangreza revolved around Sana’s character, though, we were really looking forward to this – when it comes to such unforeseen events we can only hope for the best.
Sana Javed told Hello! Pakistan,
“I have opted out due to some family emergency . The dates could not be managed and the film would be affected adversely. We parted ways on a mutual understanding.”
Bilal shares his opinion on this unfortunate event and told Hello! Pakistan,
“It’s sad that she can’t be part of Rangreza. Sana had to leave due to a family emergency and the producers could not push the dates as they were ready to roll. We will all miss her.”
Gohar adds in an exclusive with Hello! Pakistan,
“Sana Javed is a fantastic actor and she will definitely be missed but I think the way the producers and director of Rangreza handled the situation is quite commendable. They understood the intensity of the situation and parted their ways in a very dignified way and that is very rare in this day and age. A lead facing a family emergency just before the movie is about to go on floors and has to leave isn’t easy however, they allowed her to cater to her family and leave on a good note. Hats off them to them!”
On the current status of the movie he says,
“We are still on floor, we have started the shoot of Rangreza. All I can say it that, Sana leaving was very unfortunate because it was not in anyone’s control but that’s what we call life. Life is unpredictable and nobody wanted or had planned to leave this beautiful and blessed project. However, I am sure the family of Rangreza will come out of this with flying colours!”
