Healthy Mango Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Craving a delicious dessert but also want to keep it healthy? Try out this easy-to-make Mango Parfait topped with granola. This also makes for a perfect mid-day cravings fix.

Ingredients
  • Mango Puree – 2 medium ripe mangos
  • Yogurt – 200 grams
  • Granola (or just roast some oats) – 2 tablespoons
  • Mango Cubed – for topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Spoon in some mango puree into a glass.
  2. Now top each glass with 2 big spoons of yogurt.
  3. Repeat step 1 and 2.
  4. Over the yogurt layer, add in mango cubes.
  5. Refrigerate if needed.
  6. Final step is that you need to top each serving with a tablespoon of granola just before serving your parfait.
  7. Top with nuts or any toppings of your choice such as shaved chocolate.
