As most of us spend a lot of our time if not all in office on a desk, it is not an excuse enough to stop being fit or taking care of ourselves.
Here are some at-work exercises that you can follow; warning: you might get some funny looks!
1. Chair Roll:
While seated in a chair with wheels, at an arm’s length from a desk, grasp the desk with both of your hands. Move your feet a few inches off the ground and slowly begin to pull yourself back and forth towards the desk.
