Chicken Vegetable Rolls For Iftar

Nothing better than homemade food. We bring you a delicious recipe of chicken vegetable spring rolls for your next Iftar. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 400 gm chicken boneless
  • 25 gm onions
  • 25 gm green capsicum
  • 50 gm carrots
  • 1 TBSP chilli sauce
  • 1 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 TSP black pepper powder
  • Salt (as needed)
  • 1 TBSP chicken powder
  • 1 & 1/2 cup sugar
  • 50 gm cabbage
  • Sheets (patti)
  • 1 egg, beaten 

METHOD: 

  1. Pour cooking oil in a pan. Then add chicken, onions and mix well. Add in capsicum, carrots, chilli sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder, salt, chicken powder, sugar and mix well.
  2. Add cabbage.
  3. Now take a patti or pastry sheet and add a dollop of the prepared filling. 
  4. Apply egg mixture on one side to close, repeat on other side.
  5. It’s time for frying. Pour oil in a pan and when hot, gently add 3-4 rolls at a time. Fry until golden brown.
