It’s the summer season! The season of beach waves, frolicking in the sun and, well, the beach! As much as we love being outdoors in the summers, it can give our desi skin a terrible tan that takes ages to get back to normal! Here are a few tips and tricks to keep that healthy glow intact this summer!
Tomatoes can be your saviors against a bad tan! Just cut a tomato and rub it all over your tanned skin and let that sit for a while before washing it off. Repeat everyday and you’ll be glowing in no time!
2. Lemon Juice
Is there anything that lemons aren’t good for? They’re good for weight loss, they help with headaches and they help keep your skin that natural gorgeous glow! Just rub lemon juice all over your tanned areas and let it sit for a while before washing it off. Watch the citrus extract cut through the tan and bring your glowing skin out!
3. Cucumber Extract and Rosewater
Cucumber don’t only help with dark circles but they also work wonders in skin brightening. Take 2 cucumbers, blend them alongwith a few tablespoons of rosewater and put the paste all over your face. Let it sit for a while and then wash it off.
4. Yogurt and Oatmeal
Make a mix of yogurt and oats and out it all over the tanned areas. It may feel icky but its totally worth it! Scrub it away and repeat a few times for a skin-tastic summer glow!
5. Potato Pulp
Potato pulp is a wonder for skin tan! Blend potatoes and put the paste all over your face. Repeat a few weeks and flaunt your summer glow!
